ERPR Group, a boutique media relations firm, is seeking a media/research coordinator with outstanding communication, written, organizational, research and problem-solving skills. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting research to build our media database, in addition to media monitoring for ERPR’s clients and producing data-driven reports. You will work closely with ERPR’s leadership team to deliver this work and potentially expand responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor, track, and create reports highlighting media coverage for clients using a media monitoring software systems on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
- Build out a company database on various media outlets, including digital, radio, TV and print
- Work with the team to establish research processes and update database based on customer feedback
- Conduct research on media outlets, journalists, and industries to build and maintain detailed media lists, and databases, related to that research
- Assist with the creation of other client-facing documents based on media engagement
- Other administrative support, as needed
Qualifications:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organization skills, with a strong attention to detail and deadlines
- Excellent research and analytical skills
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Proactive communicator, ability to function in a remote team
- A strong understanding of the media landscape
- Experience with Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets
- Familiarity with Onclusion and Critical Mention preferred but not required
