Who We’re Looking For:
- Outgoing, responsible, positive individuals who are genuinely passionate about driving exceptional customer experience
- Eager and sales-oriented professionals with enthusiasm about beauty and skincare products, and have experience in the retail market
- Must be a people-person with natural charisma that creates rapport with customers and builds long-lasting client retention
- Maintain an exceptional customer experience at every touch point of the clients experience in the studio, while having strong focus on maximizing retail potential and client retention
- Responsible for selling the brands’ unique offerings, workouts, homecare products, and maintaining firm understanding of all, as they become updated with company business
- Demonstrate the ability to attract and entice customers with effective retail theatre, incorporating the client journey & brand story
- Confidently answer all client inquiries regarding FaceGym workouts, while communicating accurate contraindications to clients at point of booking
- Coordinate smooth running of daily business, while effectively communicating the company cancellation and lateness policy to clients, and appropriately enforcing as necessary, with tact and professionalism
- Manage customer complaints with confidence, and overcome selling challenges, both in the studio and over the phone
- Ensuring the front desk and workstations are clean according to Health & Safety guidelines, and stocked with the products and tools/equipment necessary to carry out all FaceGym services and job tasks
- Communicate effectively and professionally with all the whole team throughout the day and day-to-day handover, making the team aware of any challenges may arise
- Demonstrate full proficiency of Zenoti system booking system, and all operating point-of-sale systems, registers and card machines
- Work to support management by through necessary cover across studio locations when necessary, to further support the brand and drive the business forward
- Portray a professional image at all times, ensuring high-standard representation of the brand, and consistently maintaining a positive demeanor while engaging with all stakeholders
- Maintain high standards of personal hygiene while adhering to FaceGym uniform and grooming guidelines
- Meet individual targets and performance goals, and accurately completing all required paperwork and reports for the store and the team
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
- Must have 1+ years with customer service and sales, with minimum 1 year in the spa/beauty industry
- Must have experience working with client booking systems, and selling skincare products
- Must be flexible to work a reasonable combination of evenings and rotating holidays, including minimum 4 weekend shifts per month
- Must be consistently punctual, reliable, flexible, and dedicated to assigned work commitments
- Must always demonstrate brand loyalty and represent the FaceGym F.A.M.I.L.Y. values with all work-related activities and stakeholder interaction
- Must be willing to support across all locations, when necessary, to further support and drive the business
Coronavirus Responsibilities and Implications:
- Must practice in accordance with all post-COVID19 reopening protocols set forth by FaceGym, including any future modifications, as guidelines to federal, state, and local government continue to change
- Must demonstrate proper sterile use of aesthetic equipment and all PPE, upon completion of hands-on training and throughout the entire work shift
- Must be willing to undergo all required employee screening procedures before every shift, and each time exiting & entering the studio
- Must be flexible to comply with any changing COVID protocols that may occur with evolving government guidelines
