Commercial Housekeeper

 

MJ Resource Management is currently hiring for a Housekeeping position on Indeed. We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team. As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities and common areas. This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $75,000 per year, depending on experience.

Responsibilities:

• Keep facilities and common areas clean and well-maintained.

• Perform tasks such as vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors.
• Clean and restock kitchen areas at inpatient/outpatient facilities as needed.
• Ensure cleanliness and stock of ensuite restrooms, including toilets and showers.
• Notify managers of any necessary repairs or maintenance needs.
• Collect and dispose of trash properly.
• Clean desks and other office furniture as required.
• Adhere to established cleaning and safety procedures.

Travel Requirements:

• Redondo Beach 1: 3 times per week.
• North Torrance 1 & 2: 3 times per week.
• North Torrance 3: 1 time per week.
• South Torrance: 1 time per week.
• Redondo Beach 2: 3 times per week.
• Manhattan Beach 1: 2 times per week.
• Manhattan Beach 2: 2 times per week.
• Manhattan Beach 3: 2 times per week.
• Santa Monica: 1 time per week.
• Los Angeles: 2 times per week (opening soon).
• Marina Del Rey: 1 time per week (opening soon).
• Long Beach: 1 time per week (opening soon).
• Gardena: 3 times per week (opening in September).

Mileage:

• Mileage expenses are included in the salary.
