Responsibilities:
- Plan test schedules or strategies in accordance with project scope / delivery dates and when necessary identify and prepare test data for testing while identifying and analyzing problems with program function, output, UI, data, or content and document and manage defects in defect tracking system
- Test, maintain, and implement System / UAT testing strategy, test plans, test processes, test scenarios, and test cases based on Industry Standards
- Participate in requirements and design reviews to provide input on functional requirements, product designs, schedules, or potential problems, communicate with the Business Analysts and Developers to understand / clarify requirements and ensure that testing activities allow applications to meet business requirements and goals
- Provide supervision of all Quality Assurance activities and staff for the responsible application/business processes
- Managing & leading direct reports and rest of the team by establishing timely and challenging performance standards, providing ongoing feedback, coaching and development
- Assist the team with hands on Quality Assurance tasks as needed
