Responsibilities:
Receive and inspect incoming shipments of automotive accessories, verifying accuracy and quality.
Unpack and organize products in designated storage areas, ensuring efficient inventory management.
Perform regular stock counts and collaborate with the inventory team to reconcile any discrepancies.
Label and tag products accurately, using appropriate coding and tracking systems.
Prepare outgoing orders by picking and packing items according to customer requirements.
Assist with loading and unloading delivery trucks, ensuring proper handling and storage of products.
Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, adhering to safety and cleanliness standards.
Monitor stock levels and notify the inventory manager of any shortages or replenishment needs.
Collaborate with team members to fulfill orders and ensure timely order processing and shipment.
Assist with inventory audits and cycle counts to ensure accurate stock records.
Operate material handling equipment, such as forklifts or pallet jacks, following safety guidelines.
Follow company policies and procedures for stock handling, storage, and retrieval.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience as a Stock Associate or in a similar warehouse role is preferred.
Knowledge of stock management principles and inventory control procedures.
Familiarity with automotive accessories is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in stock records.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to lift and carry heavy objects and stand for extended periods.
Proficiency in using computer systems for inventory tracking and data entry.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Flexibility to work in shifts and adapt to changing priorities.
